Adnan Malik is the Founder, Managing Director and Principal Architect of Archisan, bringing over 15 years of experience across architecture, planning, property development and construction delivery.
Having worked in both leading architectural practices and senior leadership roles within property development, Adnan brings a distinctive perspective that combines architectural creativity, technical expertise and commercial understanding.
His experience spans the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition, feasibility and planning through to architectural design, procurement and construction. This developer-side experience enables him to approach design not only as a creative discipline, but as a strategic tool to unlock potential, enhance value and deliver commercially successful projects.
Under his leadership, Archisan provides integrated architecture, planning and development consultancy services to private homeowners, landowners, commercial clients and property developers. The practice combines thoughtful design with practical development expertise, delivering intelligent, buildable solutions that balance architectural quality with commercial objectives.

Adnan began his career at EPR Architects, where he spent almost seven years working on prestigious hotel, commercial, mixed-use and masterplanning projects. He contributed to landmark developments including The Ned, The Old War Office (Raffles London) and Le Méridien Piccadilly, alongside major regeneration and masterplanning schemes in the UK and internationally. This experience established a strong foundation in architectural design, technical excellence and the delivery of complex, high-profile projects.
In 2017, Adnan joined Jaspar Group as Design Director, transitioning from architectural practice into property development. This move broadened his expertise beyond conventional architectural services, providing first-hand experience of the commercial, technical and operational considerations that influence successful developments.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he played a key role in shaping and delivering the group's development portfolio. His responsibilities spanned the entire development lifecycle, including land acquisition, feasibility, planning strategy, architectural design, consultant coordination, procurement, cost management and construction delivery.
Today, Adnan continues to work with Jaspar Group as a Development Partner (Consultant), alongside other property developers and real estate organisations. Through Archisan, he brings together architectural creativity, commercial understanding and practical development expertise to help clients unlock opportunities, enhance value and deliver successful projects.
