Our Story.
Adnan Malik is the Founder, Managing Director & Principal Architect of Archisan. Led by an experienced architect and development professional with over 15 years’ experience across planning, design, technical delivery and construction. Combining architectural expertise with developer-side commercial understanding, we bring a practical, hands-on approach to every project — helping clients make informed decisions, manage risk and deliver well-designed, viable developments from concept through to completion.

Adnan began his career at EPR Architects, where he spent almost seven years working on significant hotel, mixed-use and masterplanning projects. During this time, he contributed to landmark developments including The Ned, The Old War Office (Raffles London) and Le Méridien Piccadilly, alongside major regeneration and masterplanning projects in the UK and internationally. This experience established a strong foundation in high-quality design, multidisciplinary collaboration and complex project delivery.
In 2017, Adnan joined Jaspar Group as Design Director, moving from architectural consultancy into property development. Working directly within a developer broadened his perspective considerably, giving him responsibility across the full development lifecycle — from land acquisition and planning through technical design, procurement and construction.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he led multidisciplinary consultant teams, advised on development appraisals and planning strategy, oversaw procurement and supported the successful delivery of a diverse residential portfolio. Adnan continues to support Jaspar Group as an external Development Partner, providing consultancy across design, planning and project delivery.
Recognising that developers increasingly require commercially focused advice alongside architectural expertise, Adnan founded Archisan to bridge the gap between architecture and development consultancy. The practice was established to combine strategic thinking, planning expertise, technical leadership and construction experience within a single consultancy.
Today, Adnan works closely with developers, landowners and investors to identify opportunities, manage risk and maximise value throughout the development process. His approach combines thoughtful design, commercial awareness and practical delivery, with a clear focus on creating viable, well-resolved developments.
Under his leadership, Archisan has developed into an architecture, development and construction consultancy, supporting clients from the earliest stages of a project through to successful completion.
