Adnan Malik is the CEO of Archisan, an architecture and development consultancy that helps developers, landowners and investors unlock the full potential of their sites through intelligent design, commercial insight and strategic project leadership.

A Chartered Architect (ARB/RIBA) with over 15 years of post-Part III experience, Adnan has built a career spanning the entire development lifecycle. His expertise extends far beyond traditional architectural services, encompassing site acquisition, feasibility studies, planning strategy, technical design, procurement and construction delivery. Having led projects with a combined value exceeding £75 million and delivered more than 500 residential units, he brings a rare combination of design excellence and commercial understanding to every commission.

Adnan began his career at EPR Architects, where he spent almost seven years working on nationally significant hotel, mixed-use and masterplanning projects. During this time, he contributed to landmark developments including The Ned, The Old War Office (Raffles London), Le Méridien Piccadilly and large-scale regeneration and masterplanning projects in both the UK and internationally. This experience provided a strong foundation in high-quality design, multidisciplinary collaboration and complex project delivery.

In 2017, Adnan joined Jaspar Group as Design Director, transitioning from architectural consultancy into property development. Working within a developer transformed his perspective on the industry, allowing him to lead projects from land acquisition through planning, technical design and construction. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he became responsible for directing multidisciplinary consultant teams, advising on development appraisals, managing planning strategy, overseeing procurement and ensuring successful project delivery across a diverse residential portfolio.

Recognising that developers increasingly require commercially focused advice alongside architectural expertise, Adnan founded Archisan to bridge the gap between architecture and development consultancy. The practice was established to provide a single point of contact throughout the development process, combining strategic thinking, planning expertise, technical leadership and construction experience under one roof.

Today, Adnan works closely with developers, landowners and investors to identify opportunities, reduce project risk and maximise value at every stage of a development. His approach is founded on the belief that successful developments are created through a balance of thoughtful design, commercial awareness and practical delivery.

Under his leadership, Archisan has evolved into more than an architectural practice—it is a trusted development partner, providing strategic advice and technical expertise from the earliest stages of a project through to successful completion.
